Visit the Jodi Jamva website or download the mobile app.
Click on the Sign Up button.
Provide your basic details, such as name, email address, mobile number, and a secure password.
After signing up, you may be prompted to complete your profile by adding personal information like education, profession, interests, and a profile picture.
Verify your email and mobile number to ensure security.
Create and update their profile with basic information.
Search for other members and view limited profile details.
Express interest in other profiles.
Receive match suggestions based on your preferences. Premium features, such as advanced search filters, full profile visibility, and unlimited messaging, are reserved for paid members.
Mobile Number Verification: Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP sent to your phone.
Email Verification: Verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to your registered email.
Identity Verification (optional): Some users may choose to submit a government ID or other documents to further enhance trust on the platform.
Set your profile to be visible only to those you have expressed interest in or connected with.
Control who can see specific details such as your contact information, photographs, or full profile.
You may also choose to block or report users who you feel are inappropriate or suspicious.
Log in to your account and go to the Membership Plans or Upgrade section.
Choose the plan that suits your needs (monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans may be available).
Complete the payment using a debit card, credit card, or any other supported payment method.
Once the payment is successful, your profile will be upgraded immediately, and you can enjoy premium features like unlimited messaging and advanced search filters.
Navigate to the profile of the user you want to report.
Click on the Report Profile option, usually found in the profile menu.
Select the reason for reporting, such as fake information, harassment, or suspicious behavior.
Provide any additional details, if needed, and submit the report. The Jodi Jamva team will review the report and take appropriate action.
Click on the Forgot Password link on the login page.
Enter your registered email address or mobile number.
You will receive an OTP or reset link through email or SMS.
Follow the instructions to reset your password and regain access to your account.
